My name is Henny Sonnemann-Petty and I am an aspiring actor. I have been acting for 10 years now, and it is a huge part of my life. I started doing school shows and devised showcases with my drama company, however, I am starting to delve deeper and explore further into the world of acting.
My acting education - For 4 years I did weekly group classes with Sussex Youth Theatre, before I moved to a yearly LAMDA course from November through to February: each course was 13 weeks long with intensive training before the final exam. I started at grade 4 in 2017, and finished at grade 8 in 2021. While doing LAMDA I started weekly classes at Chichester Festival Youth Theatre and worked with them for 2 years.

I decided not to pursue drama in school or college due to my other academic interests, however I maintained my passion by taking part in many creative projects. After completing my International Baccalaureate in May 2023, I accepted a place on a Philosophy, Politics and Economics undergraduate program at King's College London. During my time at university so far, I've already jumped into the thriving theatre scene and I'm excited to continue my journey with the King's Players.
